IP Allowlisting

IP Allowlisting allows you to restrict access to your Clarifeye instance to specific IP addresses.

Audit log export to your SIEM

Clarifeye keeps an audit log of user activity on the platform: who did what, when, and from where. On dedicated environments, you can stream this audit log continuously into your own SIEM, so your security team can monitor Clarifeye activity alongside your other sources. Audit entries are delivered to your SIEM through its standard ingestion method, usually within a few minutes of the activity. If delivery is interrupted, entries are kept and retried automatically. To set up the export, contact us at [email protected] with:
  • The name of your SIEM
  • Documentation of the endpoint where we should send the audit log entries
We then turn on the export for your environment and confirm with you that the first entries have arrived.
